Welcome back to Good News Friday! Check out what we’ve been up to this week!
The Making of Humblewood Livestreams
Jordan and Verity create a dungeon for Humblewood 2 and discuss their process and thinking all the while!
We’ve started a regular livestream series where we share how we’re developing Humblewood! Each month, we bring you two types of stream:
Creator Stream: A behind-the-scenes look at the development of Humblewood 1 and 2! Collaborators often join us for these streams and they share their creative processes and answer your questions. Past streams include creating the Eluran language and Jay Jackson, developing the Amaranthine pantheon with Serena Langton, and the directing the art of Humblewood with Leesha Hannigan.
Design Class: In this stream series, Hit Point Press writers Verity and Jordan sit down for a live Q&A and design session where they create content before your very eyes! You can see exactly how we go about making Humblewood 2. Past streams include live designs for villains and dungeons.
This week, we’ve been busy preparing for the next two streams!

One Last Fight: A New Kickstarter Appears
There are two ways for One Last Fight to end. Either the Nemesis is defeated for good, or you will die.
The pre-launch page for our upcoming card game went live this week!
One Last Fight is a roguelike card-based roleplaying game where 1–4 players journey to defeat their final Nemesis—or die trying.
Players create their adventurers’ backstories together, establish the story of their Nemesis, and work together to overcome a gauntlet of physical and personal Challenges until they find themselves in their Nemesis’ Lair.
One Last Fight launches on Kickstarter soon! Sign up to be notified when the campaign goes live and get an exclusive heavy metal life counter!
Thank You for Supporting Scroungecraft Series 2
The Scroungecraft campaign ended on Thursday, and we’re so grateful for your support! We’re excited to get these puzzles to you!
If you didn’t get the chance to pledge during the campaign, you can still grab a puzzle or two through late pledges available right here on Kickstarter. This late pledge option will be open for the next 2–3 weeks while Kickstarter processes pledges. New to late pledging? Kickstarter has some helpful resources here!
To support with a late pledge, you can use the Kickstarter website or your iOS and Android apps. Just make sure you’re using the latest app versions to pledge!
Please note that limited tiers and exclusive campaign rewards are not available as late pledges.
Once the initial pledge processing is complete, we’ll send out BackerKit surveys to collect your shipping details, along with your pledge selection and add-ons. This is where you’ll be able to choose which puzzles you want! You’ll be able to upgrade your pledge or add additional add-ons with the survey. As we get closer to releasing surveys, we will have information on how to fill out your survey, as well as specifics for choosing your add-ons.
Thanks again for your support of Scroungecraft!
