Rewards Progress

We’ve released a couple of versions of the Heckna document and will be releasing another closer to the end of the month. 

Production files are being prepared for proofing! We’ve included what the process usually looks like below to give you an idea of what you can expect. Please keep in mind these are loose estimates and we'll update when we have concrete timelines. This is intended to give you a look into what the process entails!

• Design is preparing the documents now for printing, which includes all reward elements like the book, box sets, accessories, etc.
• The production company will then take all of our files and review them to make sure that all colours, resolutions and dimensions are correct and will sometimes print a physical sample or provide us with a digital proof to review and confirm they are indeed the final files. This can take up to a month.
• After approval, the manufacturing of all the products begins! Depending on what other runs are occurring, we get slotted into the production company’s queue and from when production starts it usually takes 2-3 months to produce.
• Production samples will be sent to us for final confirmation and from there, freight shipping to the warehouse is booked!
