We’ve had a pretty busy month since the last update! The team has been hard at work fulfilling rewards–we’ve seen a bunch of you share they’ve arrived and we’re so excited to see them in your hands at long last! Read on for more details about the fulfillment progress.

Fulfillment Update

To date, the team has shipped roughly 6700 packages, with only 2500 left to go (72% complete) of non-pallet orders. With our current rate, we believe we’ll have the rest of the non-pallet shipments out within the next two and a half weeks.

Pallet Shipping Update

There are roughly 2000 packages that will be shipped on the pallet. It will ship out mid-December to the fulfillment centres and we expect it to arrive towards the end of January, with fulfillment taking place in February. We will update details as we get closer!
